Lunar Wolves
Lunar Wolves are created through the passing of humans. All that is needed to become a lunar wolf is to have a love for the moon and a want to keep dedicating yourself to it and to be able to better connect with the moon as you are reborn as a lunar wolf. Lunar Wolves are exceptional at healing, especially during a full moon where their powers are at their strongest. Depending on how powerful a particular Lunar Wolf is, their healing powers at a full moon can be akin to making healing miracles such as healing a near fatal wound in a matter of seconds. Obviously, this can only work for those they are physically with and cannot heal physical wounds in this realm. However, emotional and mental healing can be powerful. Lunar Wolves are also great at dream work and sending messages through them, but don’t expect a clear cut answer. They make you decipher the messages you need to know. This is to help their companion with growth.

In the realm were Lunar Wolves reside, it is perpetually nighttime. Wildlife there has adapted to not need sunlight so you can also get wonderful new flora discoveries as well. Since it is perpetually nighttime, the only way that the Lunar Wolves can sense the passing of time is seeing the moon phases change up above in the sky.

Lunar Wolves are very much like humans. Similar to us, they have many different beliefs and views and so it is not in their best interest to generalize the species. Willing to fight and die for their beliefs, but still exploring and learning more about the universe. It’s led to the same kinds of fights humans have about beliefs.
These different belief systems have led to certain packs being formed. For now, they are living in relative harmony. Though, as they are just like humans, that harmony could be ruined at the drop of a hat. Because of this, many leaders of their respective pacts have laid groundwork to ensure peace. They have enacted laws enforcing the respect of other packs and other rules in which the pack has the right to exile someone for acting out of line to other packs, even if it was for the good of their own pack.

Lunar Wolves come in varying shades or white and gray. Their coat is usually one solid color throughout, so you will rarely see a Lunar Wolf with the patterns or markings you might see on the wolves here. High-ranking members of their respective packs may have an insignia imprinted on them. This insignia is usually marked on their forehead unless requested elsewhere. As for size, they are the size of an average wolf you would find in our own realm.
